Crocodile

Crocodile meat is exceptionally tender, white and tasty. Depending on who you ask, you'll be told it tastes like fish, chicken and even pork! Crocodile has a distinctive taste that reminds us in part of other meats - but it actually has its own very unique taste and flavour. It is seen by many as a desirable, low fat, low cholesterol alternative to other types of meats. 

Crocodile is mainly farmed in Australia or South Africa. The meat tends to be a secondary-product; crocodiles are primarily farmed for their skins.

Unfortunately, crocodile meat is currently pretty scarce due to the drop in market prices of crocodile skins. We currently have reformed crocodile tournedos in stock. All other products are out of stock - but please watch this space as we will update it if the situation changes.
