Blesbok

The Blesbok is the so called 'goat' antelope. Their natural habitat is in South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Mozambique. They are grazers, feeding on the natural grasses of the open plains.

Blesbok meat is dark red meat. It is very tender and has a wonderful unique taste. The leg muscles are also very tender and are cut into very good steaks.
