Partridge

Partridges are a small to medium sized bird belonging to the pheasant family. They can be found in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Some say they have a superior taste to pheasant - but that's a matter of taste!

Partridges are normally roasted whole. You should allow one per person.
